MUESTRA VIRTUAL DEL MES DE JULIO Gonzalo Orellana Campbell

Durante el mes de Julio en Galería de arte Patagonia expone sus obras el artista chileno Gonzalo Orellana Campbell 

Estudió en la Facultad de Artes de la Universidad de Chile donde obtuvo el título profesional con mención en pintura en 2001. 

Desde entonces a la fecha se ha desempeñado como profesor particular de pintura (óleo y acuarela) y de dibujo de figura humana con modelo presencial, en su taller ubicado en la comuna de Las Condes. 

Con respecto a sus procesos creativos, ha realizado un trabajo constante y sistemático con diversas las técnicas como pintura al óleo y la acuarela. Le ha otorgado una especial dedicación al estudio de la figura humana a través de la práctica del dibujo. Es así como sus temáticas pictóricas tienen relación fundamentalmente con el paisaje urbano y rural por una parte y con el retrato y la figura humana por otra. 

Los últimos años se ha dedicado mayoritariamente a la técnica de la acuarela y ha participado con dicha técnica en diferentes muestras nacionales e internacionales de acuarela en Chile, Latinoamérica y Europa.

During the month of July, the Chilean artist Gonzalo Orellana Campbell exhibits his works at the Patagonia Art Gallery.

He studied at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Chile where he obtained a professional degree with a mention in painting in 2001.

Since then to date he has worked as a private teacher of painting (oil and watercolor) and drawing of the human figure with a face-to-face model, in his workshop located in the Las Condes district.

Regarding his creative processes, he has carried out constant and systematic work with various techniques such as oil painting and watercolor. He has given a special dedication to the study of the human figure through the practice of drawing. This is how his pictorial themes are fundamentally related to the urban and rural landscape on the one hand and to the portrait and the human figure on the other.

In recent years he has devoted himself mainly to the watercolor technique and has participated with this technique in different national and international watercolor exhibitions in Chile, Latin America and Europe.

His work can be seen mainly on digital platforms.
